General Information
Quick reminders for first time visitors to Ireland:

Ireland is not part of the Schengen Area, so from mainland Europe a passport is required for entry

We drive on the left out here on the Islands

We speak English, but perhaps not the kind you learned in school - good luck!

Car
Parking will be available onsite. The name of the venue is Natural Events which is located near Dunmanway. It is just over an hour to drive from Cork and half an hour from Bantry. The easiest way to navigate is to pop the Eircode in your SatNav. Eircode: P47 X002.

For those staying in Bantry, a shuttle will be provided to the venue at 12.30 pm on Saturday afternoon from outside the Maritime Hotel and will return when festivities conclude in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Plane
The nearest airport is in Cork which is serviced daily by flights from Bristol, London and Amsterdam. Flights from Paris are available Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Less frequent services from Birmingham, Bordeaux, Carcassone, Frankfurt, Geneva, La Rochelle , Lyon, Nice and Prague are available. Alternative flight options can be found at Kerry, Shannon and Dublin Airports which by driving are 1.5 hours, 2.5 hours and 4 hours away respectively.

Ferry
Travelling from the UK the best option is to sail from either Pembroke or Fishguard to Rosslare. Rosslare Harbour is just over 3 hours drive from the venue. Alternatively, there are also sailings daily between Holyhead and the Port of Dublin.

Travelling from France: A Roscoff to Cork sailing exists but unfortunately sells out very quickly over the summer months. Alternatively, you can sail from Cherbourg to either Rosslare or Dublin; or, there are also regular sailings to Rosslare from Roscoff and Le Havre.

Public Transport
The number 236 bus leaves from the main bus station in Cork regularly and serves both Bantry and Dunmanway. The venue itself is not served by Public Transport so if you are choosing this option, let us know and we'll look into options for getting you the rest of the way.
